Ha Eun has been working with the Böll Foundation since 2024 as the Program Manager for Foreign and Security Policy. 

Before joining the Foundation, she gained various experience in the field of foreign and security policy at the EU Delegation to the RoK and the East Asia Institute. 

Ha Eun holds a Bachelors Degree in International Studies from Ewha Womans University and completed her Master of International Studies at Seoul National University Graduate School of International Studies
